System Design

The Rotaflex range comprises a vast array of standard modular components which can be assembled in a variety of configurations to give you great versatility in system design.

Conveyors can be joined in series for extended length; networks of branch conveyors can be constructed; multiple conveyors can pick up from the same silo, or from multiple silos.

Flexible Spiral Conveyors are available in seven models to suit particle size, required throughput and type of application.

Models

Rotaflex is available in 7 models with varying diameters and power rating to suit particle size, required throughput and type of application.

Particle sizes from 6mm to 12mm can be accommodated, at throughputs from 0.5 to 5.7 tonnes per hour (subject to material density and system layout).
