Quality Assurance

Collinson aspires to produce and supply goods and services of the highest quality consistently throughout all divisions and operations.

The Quality Assurance Manual is the means by which Collinson satisfies the requirements of is clients/customers in terms of management responsibility relating to BS EN ISO 9001 : 2004.

The Quality Assurance Manual is produced in accordance with the requirements of BS EN ISO 9001 : 2004.

The organisation is obliged to ensure that its:

• Quality Policy is understood by its employees
• Staff are all aware of the commitment made by the organisation in relation to this Quality Management System
• Procedures are implemented and maintained at all times

The quality management system shall be reviewed by the management on a regular basis and shall be checked periodically by quality audits both internal and external.

The quality manager is responsible for the control of all matters pertaining to the implementation of these procedures.

The assurance of quality is fundamental to the work undertaken and the service/ product provided by COLLINSON and the stated procedures shall be practiced by all personnel at every level in the company’s structure.
