  • Senior Architectural Technologist

    Job Description

    To work as part of the in-house architectural design and delivery team comprising an Architectural Design Manager and a number of Architectural Technologists.

    You will be providing designs for small-to-medium sized projects ranging from 500k - £5 Million, taken from concept through to construction. The projects are primarily in the sports and leisure sector with the team predominantly designing and delivering sports hall buildings with ancillary facilities.

    You will utilise the BIM approach across high profile projects using the latest technologies (including Autodesk Revit).

    You will be a confident communicator, able to adapt to challenges across a multitude of projects.

  • Agricultural Administrator

    Job Description

    Are you a team player looking for an Administrational Role within a busy office environment? 

    We have a great opportunity for a full time Agricultural Administrator within the Agricultural Services department.  You will be a main point of contact between E Collinson & Co Ltd and Collinson Construction ensuring clear lines of communication are maintained. 

    You will have a confident telephone manner providing reception switchboard cover as required. 
    You will provide administrational support to a variety of departments across the business including purchase ledger annual leave cover. 
    You will be able to adapt to changing workloads and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Spare Parts – Co-ordinator

    Job Description

    We are seeking a Spare Parts Co-ordinator. Experience in an agricultural or technical background is a major advantage.

    Job Description

    • Taking orders for agricultural parts via telephone, email, e-store and through the sales team
    • Processing part orders and producing invoices using the Sage 200 system
    • Organising part and spare deliveries with carriers
    • Chasing up and locating missing or delayed consignments
    • Responsible for account and invoice queries including credit note processing and amendments
    • Liaising with the electrical testing team to organise and chase faulty items
    • Responsible for the completion of export sales paperwork
    • Arranging collection of goods from stores, informing relevant parties of loading
    • Chasing outstanding payments and dispatching relevant paperwork once received
    • Liaising with the design studio and manufacturing for bespoke orders
    • Providing general assistance to the agricultural sales and services teams
